Chris Richard, back to Tulsa 66ers

Forward Chris Richard was re-acquired by D-League franchise Tulsa 66ers, after his brief stint with Chicago Bulls. The NBA team called up Richard from D-League for a 10-day contract, then extended, but finally waived him after the trades of John Salmons and Tyrus Thomas. Richard is back to the franchise that acquired him a month ago.

Vanoli Cremona signs Alessandro Bencaster for the rest of the season

After a successful try-out with Vanoli Cremona, Alessandro Bencaster earned to be signed for the rest of the season by the Lega A squad. Last team Bencaster played for was Pavia, in LegaDue. This is the second signing of Cremona after hiring new coach Attilio Caja. Marko Milic was the first one.

Memphis Grizzlies to assign Hasheem Thabeet and Lester Hudson to the D-League

Memphis Grizzlies are planning to assign center Hasheem Thabeet and guard Lester Hudson to the affiliated D-League franchise Dakota Wizards. If confirmed, Thabeet will become the highest drafted player to play in the D-League (second overal pick in 2009), being a contender for the inglorious honor of being one of the greatest draft busts in NBA history.

CAI Zaragoza and Matthew Kiefer part ways

Spanish LEB Oro team CAI Zaragoza and American center Matthew Kiefer have agreed to terminate the player's contract, who's now a free agent. Kiefer played last season for CB Vic, also in LEB Oro, and signed last summer for CAI. 26-year-old player averaged 5.8 points and 3.7 rebounds in 10 games.

Igor Rakocevic denies any intention of going loaned to Unicaja

Serbian guard Igor Rakocevic doesn't want to go to Unicaja. In his official Twitter, Rakocevic has denied categorically the rumors saying he will go loaned from Efes Pilsen to Spanish team. 31-year-old player had several bad experiences with Unicaja fans in his stint in Spain, and has Caja Laboral as his prefered team if he ever comes back to ACB league.

Japanese team Hamamatsu Phoenix signed English forward Dzaflo "Flo" Larkai, who recently left Everton Tigers in the British league. 28-year-old player already made his debut with the Japanese squad in the Japanese Basketball League, scoring 18 points against Saitama Broncos.
