Jermaine Taylor, back to the Rockets

Guard Jermaine Taylor has been recalled by the Houston Rockets from D-League affiliated franchise Rio Grande Valley Vipers. Taylor was assigned a week ago, and have played four games for the Vipers, averaging 21.8 points, 4.0 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 1.25 steals.

KK Zadar and Micah Downs part ways

After Toni Prostran, recently signed by KK Zagreb, another player has left Zadar. The Croatian squad and American guard Micah Downs decided to split their ways. 23-year-old was in his rookie year after leaving Gonzaga college, and was in Zadar since september.

Jamaal Tatum, in a tryout with Ventspils

Latvian team BK Ventspils is looking for a replacement for recently released Sandis Buskevics. Former Cholet player Jamaal Tatum is already on Latvia for a tryout with the squad for 10 days, and will stay for the rest of the season if coach Silvano Poropats recommends his signing.

BC Hoverla sign Rotislav Kryvych

Ukrainian team Hoverla signed forward Rotislav Kryvych. 31-year-old player was a free agent since a month ago, when he was released from BC Donetsk due to the bankrupt of the team. In Ukrainian Superleague, Kryvych averaged 9.4 points in 12 matches played.

Bakersfield Jam sign Atila Dos Santos

Brazilian center Atila Dos Santos is back to the U.S. after being signed by D-League team Bakersfield Jam. Dos Santos played basketball in American college before moving to Bulgary first (Cherno More) and Spain at the start of this season (LEB Oro team Tenerife Rural). Dos Santos was a free agent after being waived by Tenerife, and will replace recently released Rodney Webb.

Apoel Nicosia inks Rick Hughes

American forward Rick Hughes will play the rest of this season for Cypriot team Apoel Nicosia. Hughes moves to Cyprus after being released by his former team, Spanish LEB Oro Baloncesto León, and he was averaging 16.3 points and 6.2 rebounds by game.
