Caja Laboral to find a temporary substitute for injured Stanko Barac

Caja Laboral center, Stanko Barac, has a left foot injury, so he will be out of the courts for at least one month. Croatian player will miss the Spanish Cup and probably Euroleague Top 16. His club is already tracking the market for a substitute for Barac in the frontcourt.

Portland Trail Blazers would send Andre Miller to Washington for Brendan Haywood

Matt Walsh to play in Vanoli Cremona

American guard Matt Walsh has agreed terms with Italian team Vanoli Cremona. The third top scorer in the Euroleague Regular Season leaves Union Olimpija, in a complicated financial situation. CSKA Moscow was interested in Walsh, but finally he will follow his former teammate Sani Becirovic (currently in Armani Jeans Milano), and will play in Lega A.

Chinese team Guandong signs Cedric Simmons
