Panathinaikos doesn't extend the contract of Sarunas Jasikevicius

Panathinaikos has decided not to activate the extension clause of Sarunas Jasikevicius,so the Lithuanian 34-year-old guard is now a free agent, and the most interested team in singing him is his former club, Maccabi Tel Aviv. Panathinaikos, though, could negociate with the player a lower salary to resign him. Jasikevicius, in Panathinaikos since 2007, averaged 8.0 points and 2.5 assists per game last season in the Greek A1 league.
