Rain or Shine Elasto Painters sign Rod Nealy and release Jai Lewis

The Rain or Shine Elasto Painters have signed Rod Nealy. The 30-year-old American forward will be back to Philippines, where he played for he Barganay Ginebra Kings last season. Nealy moved to the Portuguese League, to play for Vitoria Guimaraes this season, averaging 18.7 points and 10.2 rebounds. The new signing of the Elasto Painters will replace Jai Lewis.
