San Antonio Spurs want to land Tiago Splitter next season

Two representatives from the San Antonio Spurs, Claudio Crippa and George Felton, attended last game of Caja Laboral in Madrid to watch Tiago Splitter and talk with him, according to the print form of the Spanish magazine "Gigantes del Basket". The Spurs, the franchise that holds the NBA rights of the Brazilian center, want to land Splitter next season. The 24-year-old player, now in the second of his 4-year contract with Caja Laboral, has a opt-out clause this summer to leave the team and go to the NBA.
